OFFICE MEMORANDUM

SUB: – Promotion of Government Servants found fit by review DPC after retirement-   procedure and guidelines to be followed.

The Governor of Nagaland is pleased to adopt and grant the provisions as specified under the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) OM. F.No. 22011/3/2013-Estt. (D) dated 15^th November, 2018 which is reproduced and annexed to this Office Memorandum.

2.         The provisions in this OM shall come into force from the date of issue of this Office Memorandum.

3.         This has the clearance of P&AR (Pension Cell) Department vide U.O. No 79 dated 14/08/19 and concurrence of Finance Department vide U.O. No 163 dated 30/08/19.
